Energy Issues?: Don't Let the Dreaded Head Bob Happen To You!

Allow me to set the scene... your alarm goes off. It's early. That horrible sound makes your head throb and your body cringe from head to toe. You slap your phone to "snooze" with an angry determination, milking all you can get out of the next 10 minutes before reality hits.
